1. Digital service only
MotionPls provides a digital creative service. Nothing is physically shipped. Order materials, scripts, previews, approvals, revisions, and final files are exchanged online using the contact information and private links associated with your order.
2. When production begins
Production begins only after all four prerequisites are complete:
- payment has succeeded;
- the structured intake is complete;
- required source material and assets are usable; and
- the script and factual claims are approved.
For Quick Promo, the five-business-day clock starts with your submitted answers, before production. Script writing is part of that time. Making the video starts only after script approval. For larger packages, we check the material before script approval starts their delivery clock.
3. Delivery timing
The Quick Promo and Ad cuts are delivered within 5 business days after you send your answers (for Ad cuts, after you order). The clock pauses for each business day a script waits for your approval, so your delivery date moves only while we are waiting on you. Other fixed packages are delivered within 5 business days after the prerequisites above are met. Custom projects and separately confirmed additions follow the schedule confirmed in their written scope.
If you have not sent your answers 4 days after paying, we start in our own style using your website and the material you have sent. You still see and approve the script before anything is made, and the refund terms do not change.
Business days are Monday–Friday, counted in UTC, without a holiday calendar. For Quick Promo and Ad cuts, each weekday a published script waits for your decision adds one weekday to the delivery date; a same-day decision adds none. We do not automatically extend accepted delivery dates because our queue is busy. New Quick Promo checkout may be paused while we finish accepted work.
4. What a fixed package includes
The package or written scope confirmed before payment defines the exact delivery scope:
- Quick Promo: one 30-second promo in one format, 9:16 or 16:9, in one of our existing styles, made from your website and supplied material, with licensed music, captions and a voiceover if you want one;
- Product Promo Pack: one 20–30 second product promo in 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9;
- Ad Creative Pack: three 10–15 second variations around one approved campaign angle in 9:16 and 1:1;
- Product Explainer Pack: one 45–60 second 16:9 film explaining one use case for one audience, from the problem through the real product workflow to its result; voiceover and captions in one language, and one 15-second 9:16 cutdown of the same story;
- story and factual-claim approval before production;
- one first cut or review set;
- one consolidated revision within the approved scope; and
- commercial-use renders for every format named in the package.
5. Review and revision
The first cut is delivered through a private review or download link. One accountable decision-maker submits one consolidated batch of feedback. Feedback that preserves the approved objective, audience, concept, and narrative is handled as the included revision.
Corrections for errors caused by MotionPls do not consume the included revision. New objectives, audiences, concepts, narratives, variations, or material changes to approved source content require another package or separately confirmed scope.
6. Final files
Final delivery consists of the agreed commercial-use video renders in the formats listed in the confirmed package. Source project files, production code, internal tools, editable compositions, and unlisted formats are not included unless a separate written scope expressly includes them.
7. Download window and retention
Keep your own copy of every delivered file. Project uploads and deliverables may be removed 90 days after completion unless we agree to a different retention period in writing. If you need a replacement link during that period, contact us using the email associated with the order.
8. Failed or inaccessible delivery
If a delivery link is unavailable, a file is corrupt, or the delivered format differs from the approved order, email hi@motionpls.comwith the order reference and a description of the problem. We will verify the order and retry or correct delivery as appropriate.
9. Larger and sensitive projects
Campaigns, recurring formats, confidential work, formal accessibility review, procurement, complex stakeholder approval, and restricted material use a separately agreed delivery plan. That written scope controls if it differs from this policy.
